This garment is part of our Anniversary Collection, celebrating our 75-year heritage as one of the originators of American sportswear. The collection is inspired by vintage GANT pieces and includes a limited run of archive replicas. This garment is a replica of an original button-down shirt that was made during the late 1940s for The Posthord – an old menswear shop in Saint Louis, Missouri. This relaxed-fitting, unisex shirt is cut from 100% cotton and designed in a two-toned houndstooth fabrication. It features our signature shirting accouterments: the button-down collar, curved hem, chest pocket and a box pleat with a locker loop at the back. This shirt is complete with subtle GANT embroidery at the sleeve placket. This garment is intended for a relaxed fit. For a closer fit, we recommend sizing down.
